Prime Time Consulting was established in 2019 by co-founders Ben Safford and Justin Basagic. “We noticed an opportunity to create a consulting firm that prioritized the well-being of its employees and made it a reality.” Their focus on employees has continued to this day, nearly five years later, as they remain one of the largest small businesses that serves the Government sector and Intelligence Community. Prime Time Consulting takes pride in being part of the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business community.

Meet the Team
Ben Safford - Founder and Co-owner
Ben is an intelligence professional with over 20 years of expertise in the intelligence community. He is a subject matter expert in SIGINT reporting, intelligence analysis, collections management, CNO, DNI, and DNR. He has directed missions as a target analyst reporter, target development network analyst, digital network intelligence analyst, network analyst, and collection manager.
Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration. As an Air Force Veteran, Ben is proud to be part of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business network. He enjoys attending live sporting events in his spare time and spending time with his 4 children; the oldest is a business student at Towson who hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps someday.
Justin Basagic - Co-Founder
Justin is an intelligence professional with over 15 years of expertise in the intelligence community. He is a subject matter expert in discovery analysis, DNI, collections management, CNO, and DNR. He has directed missions as a lead discovery analyst, target development network analyst, digital network intelligence analyst, network analyst, and collection manager.
Justin has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Cyber Security. As an Army Veteran, Justin is proud to be part of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business network. He enjoys coaching his kids sports in his spare time and spending time with his wife Li.
Amber Hotchkiss - Director of Talent Acquisition
Amber is a seasoned professional with a diverse military and corporate background. With a solid foundation as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Air Force, Amber brings invaluable strategic insight and precision to her role as Director of Talent Acquisition. Throughout her career, Amber has honed her skills in various domains, including tech sales and recruiting for the Intelligence Community. Her ability to identify top talent and match them with the right opportunities has driven organizational success and fostered growth.
With a proven track record of leadership, adaptability, and innovation, Amber continues to be a driving force in talent acquisition, shaping the future of organizations and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.
